Wednesday  Routine as per usual To pass away the evenings we play 500 & Cribbage Rec’ letter from J.[Janie]

crib hand.pngThe card game 500 is a variation of euchre, with some elements of bridge. According to Wikipedia, it was developed in the USA and was hugely popular there in the early nineteenth century. Cribbage, on the other hand, traces its origins back to seventeenth-century Britain. A perfect cribbage hand, shown left, earns 29 points, the highest possible score.
